After defeating the Goblin Leaders the adventurers should be heading to Sigil to receive the kings bounty, upon travelling along the road they will reach Otter's Gate a bustling trade town of common items and goods.
Dorian will bump into Commandant Lucy when they enter the town, Commandant Lucy is there ensuring that their supply chains are ok and keeping relations with Lord Octon, she will state that she misses Dorian in The Gryphon Knights and wishes he would return she states she will be heading back to Sigil tomorrow morning
Upon entering the market, the The Red Price will notice Exiled and will talk or chase the adventurers The Red Price will be hostile towards them if they run otherwise they will talk and upon learning that the ones escorting Exiled are dead, they will try to take Exiled into custody again.
After the scurry with The Red Price they will be taken to the lord of Otters Gate (Lord Octon), after hearing their tale he will state that he doesn't have the guards to send out out on a investigation as they are dealing with goblins and will give them a task to complete to earn their freedom which is to seek out the undead that are rumored to be coming from a nearby graveyard and find out who is raising them. The Lord believes it is a novice necromancer but would rather he be dealt with quickly as Necromancy is forbidden in this region.
When leaving the lords manor Marek Doomsinger will notice Letall in Otters Gate instead of Sigil, Letall looks surprised that Marek Doomsinger is alive and returned so soon, then states that Marek Doomsinger did not in fact deal with the goblin leaders. When showing him the Goblin heads Letall says that these could be any Goblin heads but reluctantly says that he will inform Damian 'Blessed Bullwark' Nores and Marek should wait at Otters Gate until he has further instructions. Letall also states to not message or talk to Damian 'Blessed Bullwark' Nores as he has no time for you.
If Exiled enters The Dam'd Den Venra Firspark will come up and talk to him, and whisper that she can remove such cage without the key from his head, the only payment she requires is that if the Demi-Human Society requires a favor he must honor it. If Exiledaccepts his cage will be removed
Town folk will give rumors about what is happening some information like glowing lights coming from the graveyard, only occurs at night. A Hooded Man is seen entering the graveyard. They may have to complete some side quests to get this information
Upon entering the graveyard at night they will see a lone Hooded Man raising the dead, if the man spots them he will send the undead to attack the adventurers and run away, but he will leave behind some tassels that Dorian will recognize them as part of the emblem that crushed him in battle. "You pick up two black feathers tied to a leather cord. A faint smell of acid and stagnant water lingers on them. As you hold them, your blood runs cold—you remember seeing these exact feathers dangling from the silver dragon emblem of the army that crushed you"
After defeating the encounter, they head back to Lord Octon he will then tell them to track down the Hooded Man he will state that guards on patrol saw him heading towards Sigil he will also state that the bridge to Sigil and the dock were burnt down last night
Commandant Lucy who was meant to return to Sigil is no longer around, if the adventurers ask around for her they will state she hasn't been seen since last night, if they ask around more they will find out that she ran out to help put out the fire but got stuck on the other side of the bridge. her location is currently unknown
